Tacos El Goloso Cantina: Authentic Mexican Eats & Vibrant Atmosphere in Hermosa Beach

Place is a 10, the atmosphere is great, the birria is to die for. A lot of restaurants in Hermosa are a little stuffy without being worth the money IMO. El Goloso is 100% worth the money. If you don't like birria, you're wrong.

I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have great customer service nowadays! Claudia (manager) was so attentive and gracious with our group of 11. She even got the karaoke machine out for our group, which was amazing! Pool tables & space in the back. Great place! Can't wait to visit again!

This place is so much fun. The wife and I come here at least ounce a week and sometimes hit it on the weekend as well. The food is so go and priced fairly. They have a great happy hour as well. We love the tacos and shrimp cocktail. They make great drinks too!

I just wanna give a shout out to Fredi he was very exceptional and very knowledgeable and all the tequilas that they offer and he knew his stuff and I am very grateful that he was my bartender and he actually gave me a nice suggestion and I took his recommendation and it was very good and I’m very happy that I chose this place over the bars next-door because the service was not only very good but the tequila was beyond phenomenal that he suggested and I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is very beautiful and the music was very awesome as well and I wanna thank him for his amazing service and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend come here if you’re in the area. Also gabby was also very helpful in my experience in regards to going to the bar she was phenomenal. She was super kind and she really helped me in regards of getting the best seat and she was amazing. I definitely recommend this place because of her because of her customer service and it was definitely on point and I would definitely come back because of her and I will definitely bring back more people because she was so friendly and she made the environment more helpful and she was awesome.

As usual Tacos El Goloso delivers with delicious food and super friendly service. The food was tasty, drinks were great, and service was wonderful. The added perk was live music from a fantastic band. We’ll be back (soon hopefully)!

Omg what an amazing place and they have a pool table!!! It was my first date night and we decided to end the night with some pool and we met the manager Claudia. She was truly amazing!! She made the end of our night so magical. She let us play our own music since they were closing in 30 minutes and served the best cocktails. We definitely plan to go back because of her!!! I have managed many restaurants and she is definitely a manager I would want leading my team!!! Thank you again Claudia!!! See you soon!!!

Everything was absolutely delicious with rich, bold, and vibrant flavors. The tacos and burritos were amazing, full of taste and very fresh. The service was incredibly sweet and welcoming everyone was smiling and helping us choose the food. We left very happy and satisfied. The prices are more than fair, I would even say affordable for such great quality. Overall an awesome place. Thank you so much!

Visiting for two days from NJ. Ordered the poke tacos and was not disappointed. $15 well spent. Complimentary nachos and salsa to start. Live music. Great service and atmosphere.
